On-Demand

On-Demand Software Development

We design and build on-demand service platforms — ride-hailing, home services, delivery, and marketplace apps with real-time tracking, automated dispatch, and secure payments — for startups and established operators.

Software built for on-demand

On-demand services depend on matching customers with providers in real time and keeping both sides in sync. Sigi Technologies builds on-demand platforms with live tracking, automated dispatch, and integrated payments across customer, provider, and admin experiences.

We build for transportation startups, home service marketplaces, delivery businesses, and gig-economy platforms — spanning ride-hailing, courier and food delivery, professional services, and personal care.

  • Verified provider profiles with instant or scheduled booking

  • In-app chat between customer and provider

  • Card and Apple Pay checkout with provider payouts

  • Customer, agent and dispatch apps on one backend, as built for Just Dry Cleans and Bix

  • Order state machine with proof-of-delivery capture

  • Delivery zones and server-side driver assignment

  • Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout

  • Subscription and one-off payment models

  • In-app chat and booking management

  • Provider payouts via Stripe Connect

Gig Economy Marketplaces

Freelance and gig platforms with project posting, bidding, milestone management, escrow payments, and dispute resolution for two-sided workflows.

How we build on-demand software

  1. Discovery & operations mapping

We map how customers, providers and money actually move — booking, dispatch, payment and payout — and turn that into a scoped roadmap.

  2. UX/UI design in Figma

Every role — customer, provider or driver, dispatch, admin — gets its screens designed and reviewed in Figma before engineering starts.

  3. Architecture & build

We build the shared backend — the booking and order model, dispatch and payments — first, then the customer, provider and admin surfaces on top, so every screen reads one source of truth.

  4. QA automation & CI/CD

Critical flows are covered by Playwright end-to-end tests that gate every merge, with automated deployments to staging and production.

  5. Launch & support

We handle iOS/Android store submission and cloud deployment, then stay on for iteration, monitoring and new features.

Systems and tools we integrate

We build against the payment, maps and messaging services an on-demand platform actually runs — as documented, API-first integrations. Card payments run through Stripe, which handles PCI compliance, so card data never touches our clients’ servers.

On-Demand software: questions we get asked

Home and local services marketplaces, ride-hailing and courier apps, on-demand laundry and delivery, salon and grooming booking, and gig-economy platforms — spanning customer and provider apps on iOS and Android, web, and admin dashboards. The laundry how-to is /blog/how-to-build-an-on-demand-laundry-app.

Yes. We typically build every surface on one backend: a customer app, a provider or driver app, and an admin panel. On ServiPR that was a customer app, a provider app and a web back office; on Just Dry Cleans and Bix it was customer, agent or driver, and admin.

We integrate Stripe for card payments, with Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout, and Stripe Connect to split earnings and pay providers out. Stripe handles PCI compliance, so sensitive card data never touches our clients’ servers.

Every job runs on one backend model that all surfaces read from, with a real-time layer — typically Firebase — pushing each status and location change out, so the customer, provider and admin views never disagree.

Yes. We build the full two-sided workflow — provider onboarding and verification, instant or scheduled booking, in-app chat, ratings, and dispute handling — as delivered on ServiPR and our other marketplace builds.

Both. We build end to end (as with ServiPR, Just Dry Cleans and Bix), embed engineers in your team, or provide a dedicated cross-functional team.
